General Changes


The points for capping a crystal got recalculated

The points for scoring a kill was also changed from 1 to 3 points per kill.


The Territory War schedule got reworked to give more room to the GvG and other events in the weekend, while also trying to be fair for players in different time zones.

One of a Kind buff

The "One of a Kind" buff, also know as the "Reflect" buff, was changed.

It's not funny to die to a mad alpaca running out of the base with a buff that reduce your HP for 999999 points. At the same time, it's not funny to get spawn camped.

We hope that the Disarray system, featured below, will help to reduce the above situations, but we also changed this buff to be slightly more forgiving.

It will also zero the attacker mana points.


Daily sallary

We created a new item and a new mechanic around it. The "Eden Diamond Fragment"! So the daily sallary got reworked with the following:

  • Every territory chest will now give you 2 Eden Diamond Fragments
  • Every territory chest will now give you 20 Golden Pirate Coins (200 gold)

The rewards above will be given along with the normal rewards that you always acquired and they are relative to the number of territories you guild have. This means that if you have 3 territories, you will earn 6 Eden Diamond Fragments and 600 extra gold daily.

The NPC Waver, in Aven (same that change Eden Crystal Fragments) will exchange your Diamond fragments into a complete Diamond.

Note: The sallary chest is not the only source of Eden Diamond Fragments in the game.


Starkgem Battlefield


We did not changed much related to this map to keep at least one nostalgic place. The only difference here will be the teleport coordinates.

The middle teleport that used to lead to the middle of the map got changed to lead players to the front of their base.

One of the side teleport of each team now lead to a secret path, close to one of the crystals.


Crystal Island Battlefield


This map mechanic was always dull and looked kinda rushed from our perspective.

To start, we changed Belk to actually be a boss, its model is now double the size and it doesn't hit like a wet noodle anymore. You can still solo it with a healing class, thought. Just need some time.

Now everytime Belk dies or spawn, a notification will appear. When it dies, all players in a 50 meters area around it, will receive the status "Blessing of Tides", which lasts for 10 minutes.

Right when the buff "Blessing of the Tides" run out, Belk will respawn and it can be claimed once more.

We hope that this change will make so killing Belk becomes a real objective on the map and its death lead to more conflict, instead of spreading guilds around to wait for the manta to despawn and cap crystals again.


Flurry Gem Battlefield


If Belk wasn't appealing enough, the Shura Spirit was the complete opposite. This mechanic was so overpowered that almost every other server was forced to remove it entirely from the game. Not on Reforged, thought...

We started, again, changing the model of the Shura Spirit. Now it's smaller, so the player can see what is going on without having their vision blocked by their own character. We also gave it an opacity to reflect it spiritual nature

Then we changed its spells as follows:

Spell Effect Cooldown Area

Shura Strike
Deal 10000 damage to the target. This spell damage cannot be reduced by the Disarray system. 4 seconds Meele

Shura Convergence
Pull all enemies reduce their Move SPD by 40% for 10 seconds. 20 seconds 30 meters

Fear the Snow Demon
Applies a debilitating aura around you for 30 seconds, all enemies caught inside the aura will enter the "Fear of Demons" state, which increase their Spell Cast Failure chance by 15%, reduce their Move Speed by 15% and DMG dealt by 5%. 40 seconds 50 meters

We also changed its passive

You will now be able to kill the Shura, after some time hitting it, in case it has no support. This will make so solo players cannot interfere in guild fights.

We expect that now the Shura Spirit will not be so overwhelming, but will still be a key objective as it can still sturn around battles with its debilitating aura. Almost working like a War Mount.

It can also setup amazing AoE combos, which we hope to see in TW videos!


The Disarray System


Here is what you wanted to see...

After a long time, we are proud to announce Eden Reforged as the first server to implement a functional and fool proof Disarray system. Inspired from other modern MMORPGs like Albion Online.

Whenever a territory war starts. The system will start scanning the players in each side.

The rules are as follows:

  • Players inside their team base does not count.
  • Players afk or invisible hiding at the borders of the map does not count.
  • Dead players does not count.
  • If a team have more than 30 players, the Disarray 30 state will be applied.
  • If a team have more than 40 players, the Disarray 40 state will be applied.
  • If a team have more than 50 players, the Disarray 50 state will be applied.

As the system decrease DMG dealt and increase DMG taken at the same time, in case both teams have even numbers, the buffs applied will nullify each other and the battle will run as usual.

With this system combined with the changes on the "One of a Kind" buff, we believe that no longer PvP will be dead because of some guilds massing too many players in comparison to others.

Guilds will also be encouraged to train and gear their players properly, as a weak party that in the past used to be game changing, now could potentially trigger the Disarray and harm the main party capabilities.

Take care when overwhelming your opponents with numbers as during our tests, mages hitting 12k DMG got reduced to 9k DMG per hit, when under Disarray 30.
